Covering a total area of 3 million square feet, it will have more than 100 attractions. The park will also include a water park and is scheduled to open for public in October 2016. The water park will include a wave pool and a river ride.

Dubai is a spectacular city and any expatriate after landing in this land of amusement will find it difficult to choose which area to make your home in. Dubai offers a wide variety of  communities each of them unique in their own way. Dubai’s name has always been associated with luxury and glamour and the residential communities complement to the image. However there are affordable communities which offer all modern facilities and amenities and still you will pay  less when compared to other cosmopolitan cities like London and New York. All the communities in Dubai no matter what the sale or rent price is promises complete peace of mind when it comes to security and amenities. The major concerns when  relocating to new city or community are distance from the workplace, schools in the community or nearby (and these schools have to be well reputed), retail center, healthcare facilities. All freehold communities in Dubai are self  sustained are providing the necessary and optional amenities. Living in a community like downtown Dubai means living in the centre of action, downtown Dubai is a vibrant community and home to the cities most happening events.
